I started thehangout in 1996 to represent Dortmund's graffiti scene in the internet.
After some years of maintaining the site i was frustrated about the whole graffiti scene
and closed the site down, passing the content over to graffiti-dortmund.de
In 2010 it's time to reactivate the site, with new high-res scans from my archived
negative patterns.
